NEW CEW - 2027

Construction has begun on new two-story 6th grade academy replacement middle school for 600 students.

NOVEMBER 2025 UPDATE

CEW North Facility

The scope of the project includes building a new 103,000sf middle school for 600-students on the existing C.E. Williams North Campus. November will see the first sections of floor slab being poured in Area A (gym/band area and administration). Footings are poured in Area B (Media Center and 1st classroom wing) and Area C (Cafeteria and 2nd classroom wing).

Foundation block installation is underway in both of these areas. Underground plumbing and power distribution inside the building is in progress. Site work is also in progress with stormwater piping is being installed. The project is on schedule for occupancy August 2027.
